Tamani Jua Tao Resort

Beautiful views, palm trees, and an outdoor pool, with a really lovely atmosphere. Amazing place.

We booked through booking.com, but this was not good at all. The photos showed a nice, well-kept pool and a pleasant room. The pool we found was poorly maintained, with green water, and it felt too unhygienic to swim in. The bigger problem was ants coming out from every corner of the room. We had to leave, and the owners weren’t even willing to refund our money. I don’t know what it was like before, but based on our stay now, I wouldn’t recommend it.

It met all my expectations. This is a private residence with a European feel, and the whole place is beautiful enough to make you want to stay. The staff and residents are very friendly. I stayed in a fully furnished three-bedroom house. The rooms are spacious, well designed, and have all the amenities you need, with lots of AC, big windows, and good lighting. The three-part pool was very clean and uses borehole water, so it isn’t salty like the ocean. We booked three nights and ended up adding two more because we loved it.

I absolutely loved how peaceful it was while still being close to the shopping centers. The beach isn’t too far either, although the nearest one isn’t really the best. I’d suggest going to one of the beaches a bit farther away.
