The customer service was great, but the meal took far too long to arrive, a full hour and a half. The curtains also need attention: they’re worn out, and some look dirty.

Head up to the rooftop for a view over Meru’s lower areas and the nyambene hills. The food was fine, and I enjoyed the beer offers.

I had a wonderful stay with my family at Hotel Ezri Meru last month. The rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious, and its spot in Central town worked really well for us. I’d highly recommend it! 👍🏽

The views were great, and the customer service was excellent. Our food took more than an hour, though, and the goat meat wasn’t cooked quite right. Better kitchen work would make a real difference.

That rooftop view was the highlight ♥️ 🫶. The stir-fried chicken was very dry, so I wouldn’t really recommend the meals, but I loved the Carmel nut milkshake. I had an exquisite experience there 🌸.
