The food was really good. The new, beautiful rooms were clean too, with great beds and showers.

We were enjoying ourselves when the lady manager at the Nkubu location opposite Shell chased us away. She wouldn’t let us take photos in some areas, including portraits in reception, calling them private, so we barely got to enjoy the view. Service was slow as well. I’d found you through social media, so it was ironic to hear her say that even the people who posted there had done so illegally. I couldn’t recommend the place.

The setting and atmosphere were relaxing, and the rooms and linen were clean. Breakfast was great, and the service felt personal. What more could you ask for?
