We were listened to, which helped make our family trip from 27th November to 1st December very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and understanding, depending on the situation, and the rooms had a very good view.

The tablecloths are laid out so uniquely, and the napkins are folded beautifully. I just love the whole setup at plaza beach ⛱️ hotel. The dining experience is always the best. If you haven’t visited, I encourage you to go 🤭💯

My kids are already asking about mchina, and I hope we’ll see him when we return during the August holiday. He’s loving, professional, quick, and does his job perfectly. You wouldn’t guess he’s a barman, he carries and speaks himself like a manager. The director should give him a token for his work. My kids really liked the hotel, and my stay was okay because mchina made it so. I’ll come back to plaza because of him.

Poor experience. I disliked everything, from the poor customer service, especially from receptionist Sarah, to the food and old-fashioned rooms.

I stayed in Room 312 and the service was good. I’ll definitely return!
