Buxton Point Apartments

I stayed in CB201, and the service was impeccable. The rooms are clean and tidy, security is top-notch, and there’s a swimming pool in the compound. They also have a menu if you want food. Ubers and tuk-tuks are easy to find for getting around, and it’s convenient if you have business in town. I’d recommend stocking the kitchen cabinets with essentials like salt.

The location felt central and safe, with security at the gate, and Fort Jesus Museum was about a 10-minute drive away. But communication from the host was poor. The Wi-Fi and electricity both went out at 11pm and stayed off until morning, when I checked out.

At Buxton point in mombassa, we had no water for more than 24 hours, and management took no responsibility. The host just said sorry, but nothing was done, so I had to cancel all my activities. This was the worst Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. It felt like visitors were expected to accept the management’s way of handling things and put up with their irresponsibility. Both the management and the host were incompetent.

The place was clean and the rules and regulations were taken seriously. Our stay was awesome, the Airbnb was top notch, and the host was great. I’d definitely come back.
