The restaurant barely had anything to eat, but we were still charged for breakfast we never had. The bathrooms were filthy, and the air conditioner made so much noise I couldn't sleep. We spent four days at Mansion Hotel, and from arrival the security guards made us uncomfortable by harassing us whenever we came or went, as if we were criminals. Reception also charged me for an extra day, saying I hadn't paid despite my receipts, and wouldn't admit the mistake or stop demanding more money. When my car broke down at the gate, I had to jump-start it myself. Then a guard wouldn't let me back in to wash my hands. The service felt rude and unprofessional throughout, and the extra charge felt like a scam. Horrible stay.

The room was roomy and clean, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast came with a good range of choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's on a fairly quiet street, with lots of restaurants an easy walk away.

The food was delicious, and the rooms were good quality for affordable prices. Manson Hotel also has a calm atmosphere, a peaceful neighbourhood, and customer service that felt first-rate.

Good service and a breakfast I enjoyed. The rooms are on the small side, but having both a fan and air conditioning helps in the hot weather. Handy and affordable for a short trip.

The staff were really friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well kept. The rooms were spacious, in great shape, and looked after well. The reception area is lovely too. The lifts and surrounding area are wheelchair accessible, and the prices are very reasonable.
