I loved the beach access and sunset views, and the pool was refreshing. The rooms were spacious, and the staff were super friendly. Such a fun mix of relaxation and adventure at Kenya Safari Resort Hotel Mombasa. I’d definitely recommend it.

The bar seats look like they were left by Noah. The paint outside looks nice, but inside could use another coat.

The grounds could be better maintained, and the bathtubs and showers are rusty. Still, the shower pressure was excellent. I got a nice room with a great view, and the beachfront is excellent. It’s also very close to Nyali Mall.

The design feels a bit outdated, but the atmosphere is lovely. The beach is nice and the food decent. A pretty decent hotel.

They tried to charge us 1,000 kes just to get to a public beach that’s free to access. We’d been dropped at the wrong place and asked how to reach the beach, but the ground staff were incredibly rude. When I asked why we had to pay as east Africa residents, they couldn’t give an answer. I won’t recommend this spot. It felt like a total scam.
