The staff made the place feel like visiting family, and there was always something fun happening, from cooking and coconut shows to aerobics and games. I especially appreciated how closely the pool guard watched my 4-year-old. When she wandered toward the beach on her own, a cleaner followed to check who she was with. The rooms stayed clean and cool, and the food was fresh, if nothing too fancy. We really enjoyed our four days. The location is excellent.

The resort itself is lovely, but the beach frontage could use better cleaning. We booked all-inclusive, as we expected from the Neptune hotels on the coast, and were disappointed to be served à la carte instead. With a child in the middle-age range, a buffet was the easier option, which is why I chose this place. When I asked about the change, nobody gave me a clear explanation. I stayed for my two days and left without getting what I had paid for.

The food was the highlight for me, with a big selection every day, and there’s a lovely beach right outside. Customer service was amazing, and there were lots of activities and games as well as a nice pool. Thanks for taking such good care of us. Please get the elevator fixed, though.

Just got back from a lovely vacation, a 10/10 stay. Ibrahim, Hassan at the Paradise pool bar, the animation team, and Alfredo at the Village Pool bar all helped make the time so good. They made sure we had the best time, and it was CHOICE.

The ocean view from our room was beautiful, and the food was delicious. The rooms were kept very clean, and the staff were the friendliest we’ve ever met. I felt like part of the family instead of just a guest. Great value for the price, and an unforgettable stay.
