The pool was nice, and the location worked well. We had a few small issues, but it’s very cheap for what you get.

The staff were the one good part of the stay, but I can’t recommend this place. There were no carpets or mats, the bathroom smelled like sewage, and the kitchen had a foul odor. The fridge was ancient and the AC didn’t work.

I learned to swim during my stay, something I’d wanted to do for ages, thanks to the supportive environment. Pawenzi Apartment in Shanzu, Mombasa was clean and comfortable, and its location suited a relaxing getaway. The staff were so welcoming and went out of their way to make me feel at home. I loved my time there and would recommend Pawenzi to anyone after a peaceful, enjoyable stay in Mombasa.

We used Pawenzi Serviced Apartments with a team of 20, and it worked well for our group. The rooms are suitable whether you’re travelling alone or with others. The place is accessible and safe, with clean rooms and a clean swimming pool. Staff were cooperative and engaging. Highly recommended.

The pool is tiny, set at the end of the car park, so it feels awkward and doesn’t offer much privacy. Still, it gives you somewhere to cool off. The rooms are great, generally studio apartments with air conditioning, though some have balconies and others don’t. For a business trip, these apartments could be convenient and comfortable.
