For a family visit, the gardens, fresh air, small well-kept pool, and lovely lounge make this a pleasant place. The gardens are splendid. For rooms, ask for 9 or 20, they’re the best, with working AC and more space than the others.

Shops, restaurants, and easy transport are close by, and the facility itself is fine and clean. The food was decent but nothing special. Maintenance seems to be slipping, though, my bed squeaked whenever I moved. Every staff member I dealt with seemed used to apologizing and making excuses, whether the TV wouldn't work or the phone couldn't reach reception unless I used a cell phone. Management is slacking.

I’ve never been to a worse place, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my dog. The hotel was extremely unclean, with insects and ants everywhere. We have an appointment with a dermatologist to treat the insect bites we got there. The AC and fan were broken on the first day, and there was no hot water in the shower. The pool was very dirty. When I asked a staff member to clean it, he said it was just tree leaves, and the staff were rude. Breakfast came with only one sausage, and you had to pay if you asked for another. The TV had only two cartoon channels, and when I asked about that, I was told to go watch TV outside. There was no safe in the room, and staff acted surprised when I asked about one. We found dirty cups left by previous guests. Just imagine the beds, towels, and washrooms. Checkout was at 10 AM, and being 10 minutes late meant a $20 charge. The photos on the Booking site were completely unrealistic.

We booked and agreed on a price, but the rates had changed by the time we arrived. There was no hot water in the room, and the bathroom drain was poor. They offered us a basin to bathe in. The manager was never on site and spoke to us arrogantly on the phone. Poor customer service.
