PrideInn Hotel Nyali

The calm, luxurious atmosphere and excellent meals made this a memorable stay. The hotel’s setting was beautiful, cleanliness standards were high, and the hospitality was outstanding from beginning to end. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, and the experience exceeded what we expected. Highly recommend it. Can’t wait to return.

Things have been good so far, and the staff’s friendly, hospitable manner is what I’ve liked most. It might be worth improving the smart TV and adding a fridge.

Polished and professional, in two words. Our December 24th to 28th, 2025 stay at PrideInn Nyali was spectacular, from the warm, professional welcome onward. The security team at the gate made us feel safe while staying welcoming, and that same standard carried through reception, housekeeping, and the serving team. Mr. Dennis (GM) was hands-on and made sure guests felt personally cared for. Ms. Harriet and Ms. Pamela greeted us with constant smiles and warmth, and their attentive service made us feel at home. Mzee Musembi was a true gentleman, with a gentle manner and wisdom that brought a deeply touching touch of traditional Kenyan hospitality. Mr. Cosmos also gave excellent service with a smile. The food was delicious and the ambiance serene. A surprise visit from Father Christmas with goodies was the perfect finishing touch. My family and I are very grateful. We’ll definitely return for longer and highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Nyali. Bravo Prideinn Nyali.

Pamela gave us an exceptionally warm welcome and excellent customer care. Mr Denis kept on top of things and made us feel at home. All the staff were super helpful, and the customer service was excellent. I’d definitely recommend this place.
