The peaceful living area was a real plus. They leave you alone unless you ask for something, and the bedrooms and bathroom were lovely. We were treated wonderfully too. But that’s about where the positives end. There’s no swimming pool at all, despite what I felt was false advertising. The food was well below average and took 40 minutes. I had to wait 20 minutes just for tea, which didn’t taste like tea at all, more like grass. The meal was really distasteful. If I hadn’t been extremely hungry and it hadn’t been so late, I wouldn’t have eaten there. I’m not fancy, but this was only just acceptable. For me, three stars means acceptable, so I gave it two. Wonderful living space and customer treatment, but bad food and very slow service.

Our packed breakfast was ready on time, and the restaurant service was commendable with nice food. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well appointed, with a handy directory and a good variety of TV channels. The whole team gave us a warm welcome. Thanks to the General Manager, Emmy, James, Mariam, and Jean for a good stay. It truly felt five star.

The food was fine, with a range of choices, and the TV programs were okay, though more channels would be nice. Rooms were clean and well maintained, a nice place to rest. Staff were hospitable and quick to help whenever I was stuck. Lovely and enjoyable stay. Good work!

Very central location, with adequate TV channels and fast WiFi. The food was good, although service moved a little slowly. Emily at reception was friendly and helpful. I think locals staying for work assignments could be offered a better price.

Being right in the heart of Mombasa CBD worked really well for my meetings in the city, and the rooms are among the best in town. I was impressed by the warm, lively staff and responsive management who were ready to listen. Front office manager Emily and her team, Yvonne, Jean, James, Mariam, and Grace, were phenomenal.
