Severin Sea Lodge

Meals were delicious, with enough variety to make each one enjoyable. The peaceful coastal setting and lovely atmosphere made it easy to relax, and the cleanliness was especially noticeable. I also appreciated the warm welcome and the friendly, attentive staff at Severin Sea Lodge. It gave me a real holiday feeling in Mombasa, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for that kind of stay. Thank you for making my visit memorable. Peter Gathu

The little touches for our wedding meant a lot and helped make our honeymoon unforgettable. We also had a great time on the short safari, which was well advised and organized. We spent a week at the Severin Sea Lodge and found it cosy and pleasant. The staff were friendly everywhere, and we were happy with the room, pool and garden. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you.

The beachfront was a real plus, just a short walk and we could get straight into the ocean. The green grounds with palm trees, clean pool and nice rooms made the stay even better, and the food was great. I booked at the last minute after checking TripAdvisor and Google for somewhere to stay on my first visit to Mombasa. The good reviews turned out to be right. The whole place was clean, and everyone from reception to the gardeners was welcoming and ready to help with a smile. I stayed two days and will remember it for a long time. Thanks to all the staff.

Stephen deserves a mention for being so professional and looking after us throughout our stay. I also appreciated how the hotel handled my concern: management contacted me quickly and resolved it professionally, with good customer care. This was my second visit, and the quiet, relaxing, adult-friendly atmosphere is what brought me back. The rooms were clean, the staff welcoming, and I loved the ambience. My husband and I stayed four nights, from 9th December to 12th. There was one issue at dinner on the 10th December. The chef serving steak seemed rude and discriminatory. While I waited, he appeared reluctant to serve me, served other guests instead, and kept looking at me with a gloomy expression. I didn't get his name. Please address this. I hope the hotel keeps up the standard otherwise.
