10/10
The pool area stood out, with separate pools for adults and kids, which works well for families. Staff were friendly and always ready to help, and the service across the hotel was very good. Management was supportive whenever we had a request. The rooms were in great shape, clean, comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast is the only buffet meal; there isn't a lunch or dinner buffet. Still, ordering food at any time and having it brought to the room was convenient. I had a pleasant stay at the Sheraton Regency.

The team here made the stay. They were so welcoming and disciplined, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and looked after. I’d happily rate it 10 stars.

Easy to get to and in a peaceful spot. The place was clean, and I really liked the reception service and customer care.

The loud club music downstairs kept us awake at night, which made this a poor choice for a quiet family trip. We stayed five nights with family, and several issues added up. My cousin had a problem with the shower and toilet, but it took far too long for anyone to deal with it, and an alternative room was offered only much later. The sink still had stains from earlier days even though the hotel said rooms were cleaned daily. There were some good points: the rooms were decent, the air conditioning worked well, and we could step onto a balcony. Breakfast was fine, if unremarkable, and the male staff were friendly and easy to approach. Still, there was no basic shampoo or lotion, and the slow response and lack of attention to cleanliness left us disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend it for a peaceful family stay.

We used to choose this place for quick, affordable stays, but it’s clearly past its best now. The rooms need some maintenance.
