Villa Ella

We're responding to a comment left by Fartun, who stayed at our Villa. As we previously told him, the reported missing items are under active police investigation. We have already handed over the CCTV footage for review. We encourage him to contact the investigating officers directly for updates. During the process, we asked him to provide the serial numbers of the items in question for proper verification and tracking, but he did not provide them. That has made it difficult for us to substantiate the claim independently. We are committed to handling this through the proper legal channels. While the investigation is ongoing, we won't engage further with unverified public allegations. Ella Homes.

Everyone should beware of what happened to us at Villa Ella Greek. We arrived at the 3rd villa on 20th April 2026. Our iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 11, Apple MacBook 13 inc, and ksh 19000 were stolen. Someone entered the house and the bedroom while my wife and I were asleep, sprayed something in our faces, then took all the devices and money. The only person with the house key is the security guard, so I suspect there's a relationship between the guard, sam, and elizabeth, the security agent who rents the house, and mamo from housekeeping. When we told the house owner, peth, what happened, they didn't even say sorry. One house next to the other has two cameras; the rest probably are unprofessional. There's no customer service, they only know how to send the money. It's an unsafe place. Staff steal keys to houses and other people's rooms, then enter at night to steal your property and kill you.
