Hotel Comster Mtwapa

Our families got to enjoy the pool while my team and I held a business meeting, which was a big plus. It was Sunday, so we brought everyone along, and Comster Hotel made it easy to fit work and family time together. We had a great experience in Mtwapa, and we'd be glad to return. A solid choice for business or leisure.

We went for lunch and were served well, so I was quite happy with the service. They also have rooms, a restaurant, and a swimming pool. On Sundays there's a live band by the pool.

The hotel itself is nice, but the night shift lady made me feel like I was bothering her whenever I asked a question. She was on her phone and didn't want to help, and when we had paid a good amount, asking for water shouldn't have felt like asking for a free night. She was so rude that I won't come back. This happened on the night of the 18th, maybe around midnight on the 19th of March. Her name was Justa or something like that, so you know who she is. She needs to be fired.

After waiting more than an hour, my cappuccino arrived with bug-looking creatures in it. The food was gross 🤮, and neither the serving team nor the manager showed any empathy. I'm never eating here again!!!
