The calm, welcoming feel made my stay at Prime Comfort Hotel, Prime Pinnacle Lounge & Apartments in Mtwapa enjoyable. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The lounge is a nice extra, especially in the evening, and it’s easy to get to nearby places in Mtwapa. A few things could be improved before it feels like a full 5-star stay, but it’s still comfortable and good value. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a place in the area.

The rooms were dirty, the power was unreliable, and there was no service. It’s not nearly a beach.

I was really impressed during my three-night stay at prime comfort Hotel in August 2024. The pool was a lovely place to relax in the afternoons, and breakfast offered a good range of choices. My room was clean and well kept, with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The location was perfect, close to the beach and local attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make me comfortable.

The staff are friendly, and it’s a decent place to unwind. I just wish the apartment had enough crockery. The TV only had preset channels, so I couldn’t watch local stations.

I regretted spending money here. The rooms were dirty and neglected, with blood-stained curtains, and the fridge and microwave were ancient and mouldy. Cockroaches kept crossing the room, and a strange smell had me sneezing all night. Everything else was a mess. The one bright spot was a very friendly lady who brought food to my room.
