We didn't sleep there, but the hotel kindly let us book a single room between flights and use the gym and pool. The gym was surprisingly well equipped for a hotel, and Kevin, the trainer, was lovely and even helped us try some beginner weight lifting for fun. Afterward we ate at the pool restaurant. The burgers were big and delicious, and the club sandwich was huge and good. It was all great value. There were lots of children enjoying the kid friendly activities, so families with kids should be happy and relieved here. The neighborhood looked a bit shady, but we had no reason or time to leave the fenced hotel grounds, so it wasn't a problem for us.

I've lived in Mombasa for 14 years, and I'm a Mzungu, but I've never had pizza like this. The cappuccino with the Swis Roll was super fresh too. I wish you'd open a restaurant in Mtwapa! The staff are all friendly, and I gave the place five stars because everything was perfect for me: the bed, cleanliness, service, location, and safe area. The little touches make a difference, like the strong entrance door and good lock, kettle, big mirror, wardrobe with hangers, and slippers for the room. The balcony, windows, and doors were great too. And all of that for that price. Thank you!

The food was sooooo good, and all in all this is a great place with great service. We'll definitely visit again. A few people made our stay especially welcoming. Philip was a very kind, friendly, professional driver. Karen at reception gave us a warm welcome, Kevin patiently showed us around and explained everything, and Belldina was professional and nice to us. My only request is to improve the room lighting so the rooms are brighter while still feeling cosy.

We picked this older hotel because it was close to the airport. The staff were pleasant and helpful, but our room felt very dated and well used. A remodel would be a good thing.

The beds were super comfortable, and I slept really well. I woke up to a delicious breakfast while watching the rain 🌧. This made my Nairobi stopover a really pleasant experience, from Kevin greeting me at the airport with a smile to being able to get dinner at 2am. All the staff were so smiley. I was really pleasantly surprised. A must for a stopover in Nairobi. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
