The room smelled awful, was very noisy, and had roaches and mosquitoes. I booked through Expedia, but the receptionist couldn't find my reservation when I arrived. The manager asked me to show my credit card payment receipt, though I already had my Expedia itinerary and payment receipt too. After waiting in the lobby for 30 to 45 minutes, I was told to pay again because they couldn't locate or verify the $20.39 room payment.

The location is convenient, but management really needs to improve. There were no towels, tissues, soap, or slippers, and the blankets were dirty. The automatic doors kept jamming too. I ended up buying tissues and wiping myself with my T-shirt instead of using a towel 😂😂

Had a great time chilling here. The DJ playing lingala music was superb 🎵

The front office was good and my room was clean. At night it got noisy, the WiFi was poor, and the warm shower system wasn't working properly.
