I liked my stay last week except for a disturbing incident at 3am. A staff member opened my room door and peeked in while I was awake. When I asked what he wanted, he claimed he was bringing water, even though I hadn’t asked for any. The hotel said it would look into it, but I don’t feel it’s safe for women travelling alone.

I left disappointed after a problem with the reception staff. My room cost $20, but I was charged $60. When I asked to see the rates, they left the desk and changed the details nearby at a high-quality hotel charging that amount. I believe the staff team and management know this kind of cheating happens with daily bookings. This was not what I expected, and because of the staff’s behavior, it was my first and last stay here. I’m unhappy about what happened. If you’re looking for a place after arriving in Nairobi, be aware before paying for your room. Thank you.

The room was tidy, everything worked, and the staff were kind and very friendly. Service was great. I’d recommend it if you’re in transit and need to get to the airport the next day.

The food and service were OK, but the hotel was very noisy. A club held a party on the first floor every night, so don’t stay here if you want to sleep.
