The restaurant was wonderful, and the waiter was out of this world. We really enjoyed having him around. The cats in the courtyard were nice company too. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, though we did have a little trouble with the hot water. Remember to shut the windows if it rains at night.

The boardroom is rather small, comfortable for only about 30 people, and there aren’t enough washrooms nearby. Still, it’s a lovely place for a quiet retreat or small, intimate meetings, with beautiful scenery and comfortable outdoor seating. The food and service are great, and there’s Wi-Fi around the grounds.

We were nine adults and three children, staying two nights, on 6th Jun and 9th Jun 2019. The property itself is very good, but the service was atrocious. We’d agreed on a set dinner menu, which they served the first night. At checkout, they demanded extra money, claiming they’d served better quality food. When our agent refused, they threatened to cancel our second night while we were returning from Masai Mara. With no other option, we paid and stayed. The supervisor lit the fireplace with a plastic bottle and wood, then ignored us when we objected. Dinner was served, but the serving spoons only arrived an hour later after we kept following up. Breakfast took a long wait too, and then they said they could offer only an omelet, no bread. The staff weren’t courteous at all.

I ordered by phone, and the staff had the food ready when I arrived. The person I spoke to seemed doubtful I’d actually come, so I let her know I’d honor her customer service and pick up my order.
