There’s a mall nearby with restaurants, an ATM, and grocery shops, so the location worked really well. I also used the travel desk, where two friendly women helped plan the outings I wanted. My city tour and safari both went smoothly. Thanks to Alphonce, too. He looked after me on the city tour and knew a lot about wildlife on safari. I’d recommend him. The hotel felt very safe and clean, and breakfast was great. Dennis, Veronica, and Gilbert made my stay pleasant. It was a very good experience, and I’m looking forward to returning.

I’d especially recommend this hotel to Muslim travellers and people visiting Kenya to meet clients. The staff are all very friendly, and the local people I met were nice as well. Service was high quality, and staff found solutions quickly whenever an issue came up.

I loved the food at Asiatic. The restaurant on the 11th floor is spacious, with comfortable seating, and its decor really surprised me. Even the cutlery and dishes looked different from what I usually see in restaurants.

Mr Patrick, Miss Florence, and Miss Nancy were such welcoming, wonderful staff. The hotel’s hospitality was warm and amazing. I’d be delighted to visit again when I come to Kenya.

For our one-night stop, the location in Westlands, comfortable bed, and delicious breakfast were all we needed. We arrived in the evening after a three-day safari and asked whether our laundry could be ready by 7 a.m. It was washed and back to us by 11 p.m. That was exceptional service.
