We felt right at home in the spacious, clean, comfortable apartments or suites, and ours had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The restaurant food was excellent, too. The hotel is in a great Nairobi neighborhood, within walking distance of several nice malls, Westland Market, and lots of restaurants. Pharmacies and medical clinics are nearby as well. I’d definitely recommend staying here in Nairobi.

It’s centrally placed in Westlands, across from Sarit Centre and Westgate Malls. The hotel was clean, secure, and felt safe, with excellent staff. Special thanks to Flora, the onsite manager.

The location made it easy to get around, while the hotel itself stayed peaceful enough for a relaxing break. My spacious room was clean and nicely designed, with a good balance of comfort and style. The restaurants served tasty food with plenty of choice and lovely presentation. Service was superb throughout. Every staff member was warm, professional, and attentive, and went out of their way to make guests feel valued. Bidwood Suites gave me an incredible stay.

The calm, welcoming atmosphere made it easy to unwind after a long day, and housekeeping did an excellent job. My room was spacious, clean, well maintained, and had the modern amenities I needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth, too. The hotel is in a prime, accessible location, convenient for either work or leisure. Food was delicious with a good range of choices, and the staff were friendly, cooperative, and ready to help. I had a very pleasant stay at Bidwood Suites and would recommend it to Nairobi visitors.

The location made it easy to get around, with plenty of amenities nearby. Our stay at Bidwood suites was fantastic: the hotel was spotless, and the staff were kind and quick to help. They even packed breakfast for us on the mornings we had to leave early. I'm already thinking about staying there again.
