I came here hoping to watch football along Parkroad, but it was disappointing, so I didn't stay long.

The Saturday reggae nights are great, and the meeting rooms work perfectly for social gatherings.

It's a calm, relaxed hotel with welcoming staff and good customer service. Food and drinks are available, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. My only complaint is that the sink in the men's washroom is very small.

A great place to disappear for a while.

The waiter was forceful, rude, and completely disrespectful. The restaurant was dim and felt dingy, and the place itself was dirty. The toilet was flooded, muddy, and smelly. Worst experience ever.
