Brickwood Apartments Westlands

The smell from the pigs near the apartment was awful, and the service was just as frustrating. We paid extra because the older guests staying with us had a late flight, but a cleaner still chased us out. If I hadn’t been there in time, they would have been put outside. I really don’t recommend this place. We were charged more for poor service, and I’m extremely disappointed. Please improve how you treat people. You’re sending older guests out like that. 😤😤

There’s very little parking, and I can only imagine how cramped it’ll get when business is fully back. The place itself has a lovely atmosphere, it’s clean, and the food is good. Service was slow with just one waiter, though he had a very pleasant manner.

The staff made the stay, with friendly, flawless service from check-in through breakfast, housekeeping and security. We were looked after perfectly from the moment we arrived until they dropped us at the airport. I had the pleasure of staying here for two nights, and everything was just right.

The restaurant serves very good food, and there’s a heated pool just across from it. The staff are professional and friendly, and the way they interact with guests gives the place a homely feel. These are self-contained apartments for short or long stays, set among lots of trees in a refreshing, peaceful environment.
