Our booking was confirmed, but when we arrived the host said the previous tenants wanted to extend and that we’d have to share. We were left outside for hours at night, trying to find somewhere else. That’s a terrible way to treat guests. Anyone reading this should pick another hotel, they’re much better.

We had booked three rooms, but none were available when we arrived because of their poor planning. Reception was poor too. If you arrive in nairobi, I’m pretty sure you could end up staying outside even with a booking. You’d be better off choosing somewhere else. This place is a joke, and I wish negative stars were an option.
