Chasewood Park Serviced Apartments

I stayed at chasewood park apartments for four months. It was fine at first and there wasn't noise, but two months later it got too loud because of a mosque and construction next door. My biggest issue was the service when I moved out. I left on November 14 and still haven't received my deposit. Faith, the accountant, said on 16-12-25 that she had only received the paperwork the day before, 15-12-25, even though I'd been told it was submitted a while ago. The contract clearly says how long a refund should take, and it shouldn't take a month. I asked for the landlord's number so the refund could be sorted out. Faith said she'd give it to me after speaking with the owner, but my calls have been completely ignored even though I've called several times. This is shameful for Dunhill company and the apartment owner. Honor your contract and refund my deposit as soon as possible. Susan
