I’m happy with my apartment at Marcus Gardens. It’s clean and well maintained, with great security measures actually enforced. The finish is good throughout, from the kitchen and living room to the bathroom and bedroom. The caretakers quickly help with questions or anything I need. The location is prime, with pharmacies, a shopping center, and restaurants within walking distance. If you want a centrally located apartment, this is the place. I’d highly recommend it.

There are plenty of amenities around, and Yaya centre is an easy walk away. The place feels secure and really cool.

The property itself is lovely, clean, and beautiful, but room 1402 was a very bad experience. Ann, its owner, wasn't welcoming. We were woken before 7am by a security man she sent to tell us to pay, which felt unethical. I really wouldn't recommend that room. I hope she treats the next guests better.

A very premium apartment, with one and two bedroom units that seem like good investment options.

The gate rules are really restrictive: you need your physical ID card to leave, and if you forget it, you can't get back in. Who wants that? On top of it, construction sites all around mean machines and hammering make noise from morning to evening.
