Jack was so attentive and kind. He even offered to take pictures of us, turning a stressful night into a good memory. Our other hotel had cancelled our reservation right when we arrived in Nairobi in the middle of the night, so we called here to see if they could take six unexpected guests. What started as a bad situation ended up being a blessing in disguise. This was by far the nicest hotel we stayed at in Kenya. The area felt very safe, and you can walk to the beautiful upscale mall, Village Market. Our room was bigger than my two bedroom flat back home. I really recommend staying here. Whoever supervises Jack, give him that raise!

The staff are the best, and the location was just what we needed. We had to take our son to a nearby embassy to get his passport, so we wanted somewhere close to Nairobi’s embassies. A friend of my wife recommended Dream Place, and after doing our own research, we booked for a few days. It’s been my favorite bed and breakfast in Nairobi so far. Not many cons.

The property was very quiet and well kept, and it’s well located between the UK and Village Market. Staff were helpful and attentive throughout. The place was clean and cozy, with a fantastic breakfast every morning. I highly recommend Dream Place.

There’s a swimming pool and well manicured lawns at this clean, serene place, in one of Nairobi’s most secure neighbourhoods. It’s in the same locality as the UNEP headquarters and US embassy offices, and close to Village Market and Two Rivers malls. The spacious, clean rooms have TV, Internet, warm showers, and all services. Just bear in mind they only do bed and breakfast.

The breakfast menu didn’t have a lot of options, but I still loved my stay and would come again. The place is amazing, and the staff were friendly, nice, and caring. To me, it’s better than a 5-star hotel.
