In the heart of the coveted Spring Valley neighborhood, you’ll find two-level flats with a New York style. They come with floating staircases, stainless steel appliances, and sleek design, while the pool and posh landscaping add to the appeal.

The reception, maintenance, and security teams were all very nice, and the gym is great. The pool is heated, though not consistently. The apartments look modern, but the building materials don't seem very reliable, so problems come up often. After living there for two years, I was disappointed to be charged for a broken glass and a few other small things. Looking back, I wish I had charged them whenever apartment issues caused me extra costs.

For the same price, there are much better places in the area. The location is good and the building and facilities are fairly new, but poor upkeep and unresponsive administration make living here uncomfortable. The pool has been closed for over a month, the gym still doesn't work, and the internet is unreliable and patchy. Common areas are sometimes used for private events without warning, the staircases aren't clean, and the poorly maintained internal water plant causes a strong sewage smell in both apartments and shared spaces. It's a real pity that management lets things get this bad for residents and guests.

What a waste of time. Management kept us at reception for two hours while they tried to find our hotels.com reservation, then couldn't honor it. Don't stay here.
