The restaurant and bar on site serve fairly good food, though they're almost always empty. The gym is small, but has most of what you need. I stayed for a month while moving to Nairobi and would stay again. The rooms are spacious, with modern furniture, and nicely furnished. Friendly staff provide full service. It's a short, safe walk to Sarit Centre and a quick walk into the heart of Westlands.

The pool wasn't working at all during our four-week stay. There were occasional power cuts, which are expected, but the generator didn't work. A few times the lift dropped half a floor and opened between floors, so I took the stairs for the rest of the stay. Management gave us little feedback. The location is great and the staff are friendly, and the cleaning team were absolutely great, but the infrastructure is poorly maintained. The owner hasn't invested in maintaining the building. There are many other serviced apartments in the neighbourhood, and you'd be better off looking at one of them.

I came for a week to attend a family wedding. The shopping centre is within walking distance, and the prices are reasonable for the comfort and service. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay a great one. Rooms are serviced regularly, and there's a good laundry service.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food is good. Convenient location and wonderful customer care, with friendly, helpful staff. Five stars for the receptionist, I'm forever grateful.

A modern serviced apartment near the city centre, one of the best.
