Height Twisters Apartments

It's in a prime location, but the service was so poor that I can't recommend the apartment. The bedding and coaches are old and worn, and the receptionist wasn’t very friendly or helpful.

The staff were friendly, and security was very helpful during my three-week stay this August. But the sofas were so uncomfortable I ended up spending my time in bed. The bedding and towels were also old and stained.

The receptionists and security were very good, and the area felt safe. When I stayed last year with my mum ans sister, the accommodation was tidy and nice, but dust had collected under the sitting-room carpets because they weren't hoovered. Weekends were the worst, with parties and too much noise. The curtains were so thin that street light shone in all night. Heavier ones would help. I'd stay again if those horrible rugs weren't in the rooms.

The location is very nice and security is good, but the apartments need proper furnishing. The seats are badly worn, the beddings are old and need replacing, and the television sets are old too.
