A peaceful, elegant place to get away from Nairobi's busy pace. The rooms are spacious, the staff are friendly, and the quiet surroundings made it a good place to relax before or after a safari. The service and beautiful setting made the stay feel special.

We hadn’t planned to stay at Hemingways at first, but an extended layover in Nairobi gave us time to come here. We were impressed and glad we did. The rooms were spacious, beautiful, and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helped with all our logistics. We only tried breakfast, but it was fresh and very good. The property is beautiful, with gardens, a pool, and lots of trees that birds kept coming onto. We also enjoyed a small spa treatment. We’ll stay at more Hemingways properties in the future.

The Christmas decorations made the place feel warm, and it was calm too. I had my graduation dinner here and left really happy. The food was delicious and filling, the table looked neat, and the service was wonderful. Kyalo Gibson was our waiter, so kind and courteous. I’d happily recommend him.

Derrick made our lunch at Hotel Hemingway feel special. He was upbeat, welcoming, and attentive, and his professionalism really lifted the visit. Everything else ran smoothly too, from the service to the atmosphere and venue. We appreciated the care and would gladly come back. A strong choice for anyone wanting warm, high quality service.

I was celebrating my birthday and just wanted to take a photo, but the staff refused and spoke to me impolitely. It ruined the moment and the mood. A birthday should feel welcoming, not restrictive. The service was poor, the staff unprofessional, and the place fell below basic standards. Very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it.
