The rooftop pool was well kept, and our room had plenty of space. The restaurant served really good food in huge portions. We spent three nights here before our safari, and the whole hotel was immaculate, even the shared spaces and toilets. The staff worked incredibly hard and were so polite. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
10/10
After a long day of travel, the comfortable bed helped me get a good night's rest, even though the sheets felt a bit rough. The room was clean and nice, and there was a lovely surprise waiting: a bowl of local fruit. Check-in was easy thanks to the friendly, professional staff, who gave us useful information. I'd highly recommend it.

We made it in time for breakfast, and having our own room, bed, and shower was a better way to rest than sitting in a lounge. The hotel was simple, neat, and clean, and the staff were friendly. Getting out of the airport and back in was no problem. The shuttle driver, Phillip, was very friendly.
6/10
The Christmas lunch buffet had plenty of tasty options, and the live band gave it a fun, festive feel. We had a pleasant time there as a family. If you want a quieter, smoke-free table, ask to sit away from both the band and barbecue area when you book. Just note that the children's discount is for ages 4-11, not up to 12 as advertised. It was an enjoyable holiday outing. Happy holidays!

Ms.purity's warm smile and graceful presentation made the service especially commendable. She was prompt and highly professional, and her elegant manner and high standards showed real expertise. The food service was outstanding, and she brought a refined touch to the experience.
