On my first trip to Nairobi, Kenya, I got the best service I’d experienced. The management treated me with great care, even though I had only a small amount of money changed into their currency. Many thanks to them.

The problems were everywhere in Room 415: the bed, toilet, TV, and hot shower. In Room 416, the door key was the issue. Both sinks had dirt inside. 😷😷

Rooms start at 1600 and the place is comfortable. I didn’t see any breakfast, though, so I wouldn’t recommend it for bed and breakfast. Sort that out yourself.

The place has lost its appeal and seems mismanaged. The rooms are spacious, though, with a TV and a decent bed.

Quiet, clean and comfortable, with tasty dishes and professional, unobtrusive service. It’s affordable, central, safe, and easy to get to.
