The rooms were nice, and the food and breakfast were okay, though the quality and selection were below similar hotels nearby. Also, visitors aren't allowed without a charge of $31 per person. That left an extra $124 on my final bill.

Right in the heart of Westlands, this was a superb stay. The studio was large and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen, and the service was outstanding.

We eventually left the 15th-floor bar without ordering, after waiting nearly 55 minutes while later-arriving guests were served. Only as we walked out did anyone ask if we were leaving. At first no one attended to us; I called the bartender twice, got a menu, then waited for him to return and take our order. It was upsetting to feel ignored like that. I hope management takes this seriously and makes sure every guest gets prompt, equal service.

The Nairobi views are beautiful, and the place is so classy and clean. The swimming pool is amazing, I could stay in it all day. I've had one of my best experiences in years and would recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable stay and a chance to enjoy life with Nairobi's lovely people.

We enjoyed Hyatt House Nairobi so much that we came back twice. Everyone on staff was welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. It was a comfortable, pleasant stay, and I'd happily recommend it.
