The room was clean and comfortable, and I liked how calm and green the surroundings felt. Malls and restaurants are close by, too. Some parts of the hotel look a little dated, but the staff really stood out: they were welcoming, friendly, and ready to help throughout my stay.

After a long week, Beatrice's deep tissue massage left me feeling incredible and relieved. The receptionist was kind and welcoming as well, and both of them went out of their way to make me comfortable. ❤️

We wouldn't return. Other hotels we stayed at in Kenya were excellent, but this one didn't feel suited to families. It seems geared more toward business travelers, even though there's a pool, and the location itself is good and convenient. The problems carried on through our stay. On our last day, our family of four was given only two towels. At the pool, we saw one business guest receive two towels for himself. When we came back for a night after our safari, we also felt we were treated differently from other guests. I was told not to smoke in the garden despite the ashtrays there, then later saw business guests smoking in the same area without a problem. Our luggage hadn't arrived at the airport, and we were told it would come to the hotel the next day. It still hadn't arrived when we were leaving, although we'd been told the flight carrying it had landed in Nairobi. Reception didn't seem very willing to help or follow up. Staff had treated us well when we first arrived, but the atmosphere on our return felt uncomfortable.

David at reception pulled some strings so we could have a quick dinner. Sharon was the only waitress that night, and she was friendly, knew her stuff, and made sure we had everything we needed. Martin cooked us a luscious steak and other great food. 10/10.

Glavine, Rosemary, Whitney, and Ezekiel were especially exceptional. Everyone was great, and I really felt at home. It was a great experience, and I'd happily recommend it and visit again.
