The staff are warm and helpful, and I always feel comfortable here. I’ve stayed four times while traveling between cities, and each time I came back to Nairobi I returned to this hotel. It isn’t luxurious, but the price and location work well for me. I’d choose it again if I’m back in Nairobi. Asante!

At 3 am someone on my floor was talking loudly. I tried calling reception to ask them to handle it, but the phone wasn’t connected. That’s why I’m giving it 1 star.

The rooftop pool had stunning views, and I loved the cocktails at the bar. The central location made getting around the city easy. My room was pristine and the service was impeccable throughout. Everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend it for a luxurious, unforgettable stay!

I paid for a room with breakfast and asked the chef for a vegetarian omelette, but they didn’t know how to make one. The TV didn’t work, there was no air conditioning, and the towels were very old and full of holes. After showering, the whole bathroom floor was wet. There’s no lift either. I’d booked three nights but left after just one and moved to a different 4* hotel, which was a very different experience. This place costs three times less than a proper 4* hotel, but I wouldn’t recommend it as a 4*. I’d give it 2* only.
