I’ve stayed here for 11 months, and it’s been a good experience. Getting to the CBD is easy since the building is near the main road, and the two lifts make it simple to move between floors. Water and electricity have been reliable for most of my stay. You can hear some noise from the road and nearby church, though most of the time it isn’t much of a problem.

Parking is a serious headache, the hallways have no lighting, and the clothing lines are such a mess that clothes get stolen. The so-called gym isn’t there either. Water problems keep happening, security is a mess, and the entrance is through a Mabati gate that’s been under construction for more than 1 year lol. This has to be one of the worst apartment blocks in Nairobi, practically a pathetic development.

I bought two houses from Junction Suits Feirdeal Properties. They’re one of the best Const. Properties, and the work is very good.
