Their service keeps getting worse!

The parking is a little limited, so you may want to arrive early to get a space. There’s also a restaurant for guests, but you pay separately for the food. The place is clean and quiet, with spacious, clean rooms and good room service standards. It’s in a fairly accessible area, and security for you and your vehicle is assured around the clock. If you need somewhere to stay overnight while taking care of daytime errands in Nairobi, this works. The team could add some decor around the premises.

I found it a secure place to stay in Parklands at a fair price. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. Josephine at reception was especially helpful with directions and gave very good customer service.

The rooms are fairly large, though they could be better. The problem is the loud music from the nearby club. Friday nights can leave you sleepless unless you manage to adapt. Still, it’s a good place to stay.
