The rooms are roomy, comfortable, and kept clean, and the area feels very safe. Just At Home is only a few steps from Village Market, which makes the location really convenient. A lovely place to stay in Gigiri, with a warm, upbeat team running it. It has a homely feel for a Nairobi visit.

I booked two nights after scalp surgery and stayed for six. It was such a quiet, restful place, with room to keep to myself and the option to chat with the lovely hosts and other guests. Edith looked after me so thoughtfully. She brought extra towels, a heater, salt for the solution I needed for my scalp, and another blanket. She even picked up medicine from the pharmacy and arranged food from nearby Village Market. Breakfast was included, and she and the other hostesses made it each morning. I could also work remotely because the Wi-Fi was good. I left feeling rested and refreshed. A welcoming, comfortable spot for anyone needing some calm away from Nairobi's bustle.

Edisa and Lilian make the stay feel like a home away from home. The accommodation itself is comfortable, though it might otherwise feel a bit plain. Families with small children should find it handy too, with a spacious garden and Village Market and the UN just a short walk away.
