I’ve been staying at The Glam for five years, and it keeps getting better. The new rooftop restaurant is a great addition, with excellent food and really friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, the showers are great, and room service is good too. Westgate Mall is about a five-minute walk away, and Sarit Centre is close by. Excellent value for money.

I stopped in for lunch as a walk-in, not a hotel guest, and the welcome from Douglas, Brayan, and Beverly was lovely. The place has a chic, polished feel and made a nice spot for a midday break. My food was delicious and looked great too. A real hidden gem for lunch in the area.

The front desk ladies were nice, but I couldn't use the gym because several machines weren't working properly. I reported it and was told a technician would be scheduled, yet the equipment still hadn't been fixed.

The amenities are a bit bare, but the location and service make up for it. Tongi at reception and the other staff were amazing.

The setting, location, views, and service at The Glam are lovely, and Lavender was a great waitress. I really liked the whiskey sour too. The food was the letdown: the chicken wings smelled and tasted spoiled, and some of the fries were raw with a strong paprika taste.
