Easy to get to, with quick, attentive service. The food was good, nicely prepared, and served in generous portions.

My usual hotel was full, so I tried this one and it’s become my new spot. The suites are low cost, there’s covered parking in the basement, plus a restaurant and bar. The internet is very good.

The bedroom decor really stood out, especially the lovely lights and the white flower pattern on the walls. I also liked the shimmery walls throughout the house. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Service was very high quality.

I had a really disappointing stay and won't be back or recommend the place. The TV had no signal, the WiFi was awful and only worked in the living room by the sofa, there was no hot water in the shower, and the toilet wouldn't flush. I left my phone on the floor where my 3-year-old son could get it, which was a silly and unsafe thing for me to do. Management were unpleasant and rude. The cleaners were the only people who seemed to care about the place.

From the 8th floor bar, you can take in wide views of the Nairobi skyline and Nairobi National Park. The rooms looked like wonderful accommodation during the tour, and the facility has a great ambience. The manager and staff were friendly.
