The rooms are dirty, with sewer rats, and management is arrogant to both guests and staff. If anything goes wrong, they won't refund you, and there's outright negligence in emergencies. There are no fire extinguishers or emergency exits, and no ramp for wheelchair users.

A great place to get a good night's rest. The staff are excellent and ready to help, no matter what time it is.

The service was great. When my Airbnb host couldn't check me in, they got a room ready for me in the middle of the night. Just like the sign says, the hot water worked in a flash, and they have breakfast items at reasonable prices. The room was about what you'd expect for 2000ksh.
