Parking is cramped, and there can be some music noise at night, but it’s bearable.

The apartments are secure and great, but I wouldn’t want to live there long term. I stayed about a month in June 2023. One tenant has a very powerful subwoofer, and the low bass carries through the whole building. Sometimes it starts as early as 9 am, with such strong vibrations that you can’t relax. I’m shocked management doesn’t have a rule against this kind of disturbance.
