Lux Suites Riara One Residency Kilimani

The security guards downstairs deserve credit. There are usually two to four of them in the lobby, and they make an effort to help. But the thin walls let noise from some tenants carry through the building. I was right below unit 602, where people were shouting and talking like they were having a party until 3am, then moving furniture from 3am to 5am. I went down to tell security, but the noise continued. It’s a shame that a few tenants can wreck the peace inside your Airbnb. Riara One management needs to deal with this quickly. It was loud enough at 3am to sound like some kind of domestic violence was happening. Since this is a new building, management needs to fix the problem if they want its star ratings to reflect what they should be. The owner of 602 should also be told, so the tenants know how their behavior affects the other residents.

The apartments are lovely, with great facilities and really good security. The pool stayed closed for our whole visit, though, and we were told several different things about why. That cost it a star.

The apartment was nice, and the security staff were kind and helpful. Junction mall is close by, which was handy. Nights got pretty hot inside, so they should improve the ventilation.

Being near junction mall and carrefour was perfect, and the place was clean. Security was good too.
