The view is the one good thing here, but noise and poor management take away from it. There are constant water problems, which seem to happen every other day. Management lies about the amenities, since there’s no borehole, and the city council truck has to bring water whenever supply fails. Construction noise starts at 7 am, and the lifts are filthy.

The host was friendly and helpful, and I found the place easy to access with security on point. I especially liked the bed, and the hot shower and stove were great too. My stay just kept getting better, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

Whenever theft is reported at Tsavo phase 1, management says the CCTV cameras aren’t working, and they take no action to fix them. That leaves tenants without a basic level of safety in the building. I wouldn’t recommend living here if you want somewhere secure and well managed. Tenants deserve better, especially when they pay rent consistently.

There’s something for everyone here. Once you step in, you get used to the lifestyle.
