Maple Inn Hotel

I haven't stayed there yet, but I already love the way it looks. Looking forward to a lovely night at the 🏨.

The staff made me feel at home, whether they were arranging transport or sharing local tips. Their welcome at check-in was warm, and the service stayed excellent throughout. The rooms were spacious, elegantly furnished, and had stunning city views. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool and on-site dining, which exceeded what I expected. Staying at the Maple Inn Hotel in Nairobi was a delight, and I can't wait to return.

I spent almost three weeks here and had excellent customer service. Everyone I dealt with was nice and helpful. The food was delicious, the place very clean, and the price was excellent. It is away from traffic congestion and next to the airport bypass. The room didn't have space for two pieces of luggage, so I had to put one on the couch and the other on a small table in front of it. The bathroom could also be more modern, with glass walls separating the shower from the toilet so the toilet seat wouldn't get wet and the floor wouldn't be as slippery. I slipped on the bathroom floor and ended up in the emergency room in the middle of the night. There was no first aid kit at reception or on site when I asked. I had to hold a towel against my bleeding wound on the way to the hospital.

It's a budget friendly place, and I like coming here after work to chill with friends. It's not noisy or busy, which suits me just right. Ruth always makes sure I'm well taken care of. Alex is rude every time, though, and I wonder why the hotel keeps him at the front where he deals with clients.
