The staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was good, and I especially enjoyed breakfast. Lovely 4-star hotel, with food far better than what I've had in western hostels.

I've been staying at this hotel for close to 4 months since I first heard about it. The location is good, and sometimes they serve Indian food with chapati and the rest. Mr sanjiv is the best manager here. He's polite and hospitable, and only a message away. The wifi has problems, though, and the TV doesn't have an internet connection.

The beds are very comfortable, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It's also very secure. Since it's right across from the Nairobi Hospital, getting there is easy, and the price is affordable. I'd recommend staying here if you need a hotel in this location.

The staff were extremely helpful, and the desk apologized and fixed the cleaning issues quickly. Our room had a few cleaning problems, though we booked at 2am and checked in at 3:20am, so perhaps it had been prepared in a rush. The location is very convenient, right opposite Nairobi hospital, with flexible check in times and a 24 hour bar and restaurant.

At Muthu Hotel, especially Sovereign Suites & Spa, it feels more like a place to unwind than a business or city hotel. You can enjoy the nature and spa, or get a little work done, but mostly relax. The setting and service seem thoughtful and high-quality.
