I was upset by how breakfast was handled this morning. My homeboy had paid about 40,000 for three nights, and one of the waitresses said I could join him for breakfast as a complimentary guest. I was fine with paying since breakfast wasn't included for me, but after they told me to come, they charged me anyway. That was unfair and came down to poor communication. Please let customers know what to expect, and make sure the staff and managers are communicating clearly. I felt the customer service was poor.

It’s the traffic on Ngong road that gets in the way, but the hotel itself works really well for a family break, a holiday, or a conference. One of the best options in Nairobi, I’d recommend it.

Dennis looked after us especially well during our conference, paying close attention to what we needed. The food was nice and the service staff were excellent. It’s only a short drive from anything you might need around lively Kilimani. I remember what the hotel was like in the 90s, and I’m glad management has kept it going and in good shape.

The DJ made the evening for us by taking my mom’s music requests, and the staff were kind and thoughtful throughout. We went as a family and shared the four-person meat platter, which was so generous that we couldn’t finish it. My cocktail was made really well too. Ngong hills hotel has a lovely atmosphere, tasty food, and reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend it. Thanks, Ngong Hills hotel.

The facilities were clean and looked after, and both the staff’s attitude and the food were excellent. I ran a five-day training there and came away pleasantly surprised.
